ESIM ACCESS LIMITED, trading as eSIM Access, is the eSIM connectivity supplier. It may process information needed to supply and support an eSIM, but it is not the contracting seller.

Who receives your information
We use verified providers to support the service: eSIMAccess for eSIM fulfilment and telecommunications supply; Stripe for payments; Vercel for hosting; Supabase for database and authentication; Resend for transactional email; and Google Analytics for consented analytics.
These organisations may act as processors on our behalf or, in some cases, as separate controllers. We may also share information with professional advisers and public authorities where legally required.
International transfers
Some service providers may process personal information outside the European Economic Area.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism where required. Details of relevant safeguards may be requested using the contact information below.
How long we keep information
We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution requirements.
